Making unfounded or false statements or gossip about individuals or organizations, or speaking negatively about colleagues are against AIRMEK’s ethical values.
Employees must respect the rights and cultural differences of individuals when conducting activities at AIRMEK.
All forms of harassment are strictly prohibited in all companies within AIRMEK. While the behaviors that may constitute harassment are very diverse, the following illustrative examples can be referred to:
Verbal Harassment: Unwelcome comments, name-calling, jokes, or offensive remarks about an employee’s race, gender, nationality, age, religion, beliefs, disability, or similar characteristics, as well as hurtful statements regarding individual’s moral values;
Physical Harassment: Any unwelcome physical contact, unwanted gestures or touches that may be perceived as sexual behavior, as well as actions and blows that obstruct another person’s movement.;
Visual Harassment: Humiliating, sexually suggestive, inappropriate, or offensive images, drawings, posters, films, or hand/arm gestures.
Psychological harassment (Mobbing): Systematic and planned behaviors that aim to discourage the targeted person from work, reduce his/her performance, and make him/her resign
